In the same interview with Dr. Drew, porn star and director/producer Stormy Daniels says that more and more, women are using porn as an aid to learn new sex tips as a way to keep their sex lives exciting with their partner.

Though both women being interviewed were on opposite sides of the spectrum as far as the perceived effects of porn, it appears as though they agreed on one fact; porn can be used as a tool to learn about your sexuality as well as to shape your sex life.

So, I’m curious, Naughty Americans, how has porn influenced your life? Do you agree that porn is educational? Did you see porn before your first sexual experience, have you used it since to learn anything, or is it purely entertainment value?

He then goes on to explain that fantasizing during sex is not an indicator that you have an unfulfilling sex life. Rather, it indicates you have a healthy sex life. “The brain is the biggest sex organ and a little fantasizing goes a long way.”

Kerner makes a great point, and this disproves the misconception that porn is only for people that can’t get any action.

Porn is a tool that helps facilitate fantasies. Websites that play into men’s fantasies such as My Friend’s Hot Mom, My First Sex Teacher, and Seduced By A Cougar, all give men a visual manifestation of their sexual fantasies. Whether you later recall these fantasies in your mind during sex with a partner or on your own time, fantasizing is a healthy part of your sex life.

This is very true, however you need to pick porn that everyone involved in the sexual experience will enjoy. Recently I was in a situation where the porn that was selected was something that specifically and completely turned me off. Needless to say there was no sexual experience to speak of thereafter.
